Hello! My name is Anna Kalinowski and I am a senior at West Islip High School. I am President of Human Resources and Public Relations. This is my first year of Virtual Enterprise and I have taken Personal and Business Law, College Personal and Business Law, and IB Business HL. As the President of Human Resources and Public Relations, I am deeply passionate about fostering a workplace culture that values and supports every individual within our organization. At the heart of my approach is a focus on building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. I understand that effective HR leadership requires empathy, active listening, and a genuine interest in the well-being of our employees.
